In order to remove your two factor authentication for your Rise of Agon account you need to open a ticket Here
in the ticket you set the type to be: two factor authentication removal
In the description you request your two factor authentication to be removed from your account under the supplied email and include
The last 4 digts of a credit card you have used on your account in our store or a paypal transaction ID
The Username on the account which you use to login to the game with in the launcher
Once we have those infomation we will use it to verify ownership of the account and remove the 2 factor authentication and once removed you will have a reply from us
