Please keep in mind that for loging into our systems we use the following credentials:
To enter in your account through the website :
Your Email adress (the email adress used in your FORUM account)
And you password. (password from the forums)
To enter in the game lobby/launcher:
Your Game Login NAME (By default it's your forum name) (You can change it in the settings tab of your account page)
and your password. (password from the forums)
If you are receiving the error "Queueing" this more then likely means the servers are down for some maintenance and will be up shortly.
If you are still facing issues please check if you have an active account (Please note that if you registered to alpha and got selected, that doesn't mean that you have an account.)
