After disconnecting, logging out, or perhaps crashing, you may receive this error message upon trying to log back in.
Please make sure that at least 10-15 minutes has passed since your logout or crash and there are no Darkfall:RoA processes running in the Processes tab of your Windows Task Manager.

You should be able to bring up the Task Manager by pressing and holding Ctrl+Alt+Del twice, successively.
Navigate to the Processes tab, locate any dfroa.exe processes, right-click on them and choose End Process.

Please note that if you already have an active client running, you should log off before attempting to end the processes otherwise you may stop a normal, functioning client.

You should then be able to log back in.

If the issue is still not resolved please submit a ticket.
