We are not able to help you recover items if they have been stolen in-game via trade ganks or unintended bank access. To avoid getting scammed by another player, we recommend the following:
- Perform all major in-game trades in NPC protected cities and bring a friend to guard/heal you if needed.
- Double check both trade offers before accepting the trade.
- Keep your bank window open during a trade so you can deposit your items quickly.
- Do not give clan members access to your bank unless you trust them completely.
- Avoid trading with players that your clan is actively at war with.
