My ping is terrible, how can I improve it? Print

Try to run a traceroute to the game server, check to see if there is a certain point that is causing high latency. Try to unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds then plug them back in.

To run a traceroute follow the below instructions:

Click the windows button and type CMD into the search bar - hit enter.

Go into the command prompt window and type tracert 173.231.188.38

Give it some time to complete the process and once it says "Trace complete", please right click and hit "Select All".

Please then submit a ticket and paste that information into the description section of the ticket as well as any other information you can provide.
